Ingredients:
- 1 pound of bacon
- 1 qt whole milk
- 1/2 pint heavy cream
- 1 1/2 pound cheddar
- 1 pound american cheese
- 1 1/2 pounds noodles
- 1/2 tsp liquid smoke
- garlic powder
- salt
- pepper
Steps:
Cut up bacon into pieces and fry until crispy golden. set aside. in a large sauce pan heat up one quart of whole milk, a half pint of heavy cream 1 1/2 pound cheddar and one pound american cheese. Cook on low until cheese is melted. Cook pasta about 3 minutes or until al dente. Once cheese is melted add your half teaspoon liquid smoke, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Combine the cheese sauce, pasta and bacon together and let it soak in.
